A Message from our Director
Nothing makes me more happy than seeing someone achieve their dreams. Often the first place they start is through education. As a primary school teacher for a number of years, I witnessed children reading their first books, and writing their name for the first time. I saw the satisfaction in their eyes and the sense of achievement on their faces when they finally finished and accomplished what they had set out to do. Since then I have also gone on to direct a forklift licensing company, where I still see the same sense of accomplishment in adults when they pass their forklift driving exams. There is no greater buzz than helping someone to achieve something in their lives. Making a positive impact on the future of someone. Believing in them, even when they don’t believe in themselves.
We are now living in an era where the internet is at the centre of our lives. It’s how we shop for clothes, for holidays and travel advice, search for businesses, get directions, share photos and status updates, look for houses, its even where we buy our groceries! It is now a part of our culture, and a way of just getting things done.
As Bill Gates announced in his Annual Letter in 2010, “Online education is the next place where the Internet will surprise people in how it can improve things.” He also goes on to predict that in 5 years the best education will come from the web, with the costs of on-campus education escalating, the advance of online education couldn’t come at a better time, he says.

All qualifications at TIQ are Nationally Recognised and accredited. Once students complete their course, their Certificate level or Diploma level qualification is equivalent to the qualification achieved at a TAFE. There is no difference in course codes and national training packages. They are the same.
No need to attend class to complete class presentations or exams
All assessments at TIQ are online-based, meaning you do not need to attend classes to complete any presentations or exams. Simply press 'submit' when you are finished an assignment, and your allocated trainer will mark your assessment as soon as possible. You will then receive feedback for your assessment along with your result, all via our e-learning portal. You can also choose to have your assessment results SMS'd to your mobile phone.
Our trainers are always there to help and support you wherever possible. Our online communication portal allows learners to easily ask their trainer specific or general questions about the course.
