  • This course aims to provide the student with the skills necessary to work in the human resources field. The program provides an in-depth look at recruitment and selection of staff, performance management systems, for managing staff performance, managing remunerations and benefits, managing separation and termination, plus reviewing legislation and practices that impact on the organisation. This qualification gives you the skills you need to work in Human Resources Management to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in a business area.
