This NEW TAE certified course will equip you with the skills to plan and implement training programs and lead and assess competency in training groups to enable you to become a confident and skilled trainer. This Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will teach you how to enhance current training knowledge and skills, prepare, promote, deliver and review training and enable you to assess competency of individuals in the training environment.
